The Commercial Ladder Repair Industry was born in Houston, Texas, by a man with a great vision towards a niche repair service program, along with a desire to help companies and organizations increase safety and reduce liability!

Today, Batavia Services, Inc. is a NATIONWIDE corporate company that prioritizes customer service in the 48 mainland states, as well as Hawaii.

Batavia has 3 Regional Managers supervising and overseeing our nationwide representative crews!

Batavia HQ, originally located in the town of Seabrook, TX , was moved to a new location & warehouse space in 2018 to the Houston suburb of Webster, Texas, near NASA Johnson’s Space Center.

Batavia is a proud Member of the American Ladder Institute, NSC - National Safety Council, VPPPA, and ASQ-American Society of Quality, as well as an ANSI Standards committee contributor.
