We inspect and repair all types of ladders according to manufacturer specifications; such as Fiberglass Extension & Step, Metal Frame Rolling Ladders, Central Office Wooden Rolling Ladders, Bulk & Shopping Carts.
An inspection sticker with a serial number will be affixed inside the right hand side of the rail between the lower first and second rung of the base section. Additionally, a color-coded year date sticker with the month of service performed will be affixed to the outside fiberglass rail, giving your employees and managers peace of mind when using their portable ladder equipment.
Ladder Racks can be the leading cause of damage to fiberglass ladders. By maintaining and repairing damaged ladder racks, you can extend the life of the rack and the ladders that are being transported on top of the racks.
Some of the most common problems with racks are alignment issues, improperly adjusted racks, damaged or bent hardware, missing or loose nuts & bolts, damaged or non-functioning pistons, and damaged or bent rack arm handles.
Fall Protection Equipment inspections include: SRL Nano Lock, Lanyards, Full Body Harness, Hard Hat/Helmet, and Climbing Belts.
We utilize the technology of NFC Tag’s to access the inspection checklist, which will also show the past history of inspections.
During inspections, we will remove unsafe harnesses and other fall protection equipment from service that is out of compliance with ANSI Z359.
